I am fighting for the animals and the reason I am Vegan is for them.
In these photos I refer to ‘100% plant based diet’ as the period of time when I thought veganism was a ‘diet’
- For around 3 years I completely refrained from eating animal products in my diet and I was the fittest and strongest I have ever been
But I still wore animal skin (leather) and didn’t fully understand the concept
Then for a period of time I fell back into the trap and had started consuming some animal products again
I still didn’t understand the reality of what humans are doing to animals on a mass scale. The blindfold was still on.
My Psoriasis was the worst is has ever been and not only that but I knew what I was doing deep down was completely against my own values
I finally woke up to the truth, the blindfold completely came off and now I understand what Veganism is.
Now I do not see animals as being here for humans to use and exploit for food, entertainment, clothes or cosmetics
I will never eat or wear animals or their secretions ever again
They are not objects. They are not a belt or a bag. A burger or a sandwich.
I am back to feeling the best I have ever felt but this time not just physically, but also morally, spiritually and mentally
This is not a diet. It’s not just about food.
My point here is that I want to help others see, that you can be healthy or in most cases (like for myself) even healthier on a 100% plant based diet, without any animals ever being harmed.
I believe it’s hard to learn the truth without seeing for yourself the suffering and pain that animals go through when they are slaughtered for humans
I wish someone had told me this 12 years ago (which is when I stopped consuming dairy) so I could have fully awakened to the truth then
The marketing that is continuously forced down our throats is very powerful and they do a very good job of hiding the truth from us
Watch ‘Dominion’ or ‘Land of Hope and Glory’ on YouTube or ‘Pignorant’ on Prime, to find out the reality of what they don’t want anyone to see
If you knew that you could live healthily, without having to pay for animals to suffer, would you?
