Fruit is easy on digestion, packed full of vitamins, minerals and energy to power us through the day, what’s not to love?! 🍉🥭🍍
When healing up my Crohns in 2017 I ate a lot of fruit, giving the body what it needed while freeing up energy to be directed towards healing. Soft sweet fruits without skin are best when in a flare up - think melons, banana, soaked dates, papaya, mango etc…
