I wanted to take the oppertunity to re-iterate some points about my new website / online booking portal.
I know it's rather different from the last one, but when you get the hang of it, it is easier to navigate!

1. Firstly, if you have not done so already, you will need to register your details. (Emails did go out, so please check spam folders!!).
I have done this for most of you, so as soon as you start putting your details in, it will recognise you, and you can just click the relevant buttons.
If you have changed your phone number or email address you will have to ammend the details.

Existing clients - Once you have done this, you can book yourself in for any treatments.

2. You can read further information (booking & cancellation policies, terms of treatment etc) at https://sorchacubitt.com

3. If you are a NEW Client, you will have to initially book in for a consultation (and patch test).
This is the most important first step as it ensures I have all your relevant medical history and can advise you of the best treatments for you - (read more on the information pages!).

To do this, you can click the "ARE YOU NEW?" link on the homepage, or you can just click TREATMENTS on the menu, and from the drop down menu, scroll down to "Consultation & Patch Test".
Follow the prompts and fill in the boxes.

✨Effects of Laser on Vascular Lesions✨

People often ask me how laser gets rid of thread veins and other vascualr lesions.
At the consultation, I always explain this process in an easy to understand way, so here is a snap shot:

1. Light energy is absorbewd by Oxyhaemaglobin and converted to heat in the target vascular structure ( vein etc).

2. Heat causes the structure to coagulate, shrink and break down.

3. The broken vascular structure is eventually removed via the bodys lymphatic system.

This can take some time, so we allow several weeks for the process to complete, and between treatments.
