Sitting for extended periods can lead to stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Taking regular breaks ⏱️ to stand, stretch, and walk around helps keep your body moving and reduces tension.

Even 2 minutes walking up and down a layby can make a significant difference. We recommend stopping every 1-2 hours if possible.

Simple things like adjusting your seat position πŸͺ‘, supporting your lower back, and keeping your shoulders relaxed can make a big difference.

When you arrive, gentle movement or a short walk πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ can help your body reset after travel. The main thing we recommend is to not immediately unload your luggage. Your back is most vulnerable after sitting for long periods. Leave the bags for half an hour.

Archie's top tip: Lifting from a car boot is difficult to do with good lifting posture so give your body the best chance by not rushing it.
