PRICING UPDATE
Hi , due to numerous "no shows" we have made the decision to take a 50% deposit for most bookings and a further 50% charge for "no shows".
The new T's & C's will have a 48hrs notice of cancellation or reschedule window, so as long as we get the notice to enable us to fill a slot all is well.
I'm sure you'll understand that in order to give you the best ability to get an appointment with us, retain staff's jobs and not work at a loss this is something that we have to take on.
We've thought about doing this for some time and unfortunately the amount of no shows we've been getting has made it impossible not to do now.
We appreciate and are gratefull to all our amazing and loyal clients who support us and thank you to everyone who shows up or gives us notice of cancellation.
We understand that on occasions there are situations beyond anyones control that may hinder the T's&C's, should this be the case please call us to discuss.
The new charging system will be come into place from next week
