Happy spring 🌱 equinox!
The beginnings of new things and the returning of the light 💛!

I love how synchronicity resides in all things if you can just tune in to the message that's being delivered.

Spring 🌼 itself brings back the light to our worlds. Longer days, warmer climate ( we hope 🤞) and the beginnings of new life and new opportunity.

We have the spring equinox, also known as Ostara, this is a time of celebration marking the return of balance, renewal, and rebirth, with traditions including planting seeds, meditating outdoors, and honoring the goddess Eostre and if course Easter.

But endings are necessary for new beginnings.
The ending of winter, with its harsh conditions and dormancy, is essential for the vibrant growth and life that spring brings.

How can we reframe endings
Just as winter must end for spring to begin, endings in life can be viewed as opportunities for new beginnings and growth, rather than simply as losses or failures.

Moving forward and embracing change
Recognizing that endings are a natural part of life and embracing them can help us to navigate transitions and find new purpose.

The first picture 🖼️ is a card I have for my counsellor. Today is our last session. 4 months of hard , difficult and worthwhile work has brought us to today.
I have taken to this ending more severely than I could of ever expected and it crept up on me without me knowing it was even an issue.
However the sheer syncronisity did not Dawn on me till this morning 🌅

This is an ending ...yes .
However there are losses and gains as a good friend assured me and I am ready to take those forward.

Hello beautiful souls 💜

I know I haven't been as active here and that has indeed been purposeful.

I haven't been stagnant though, I have been making changes, investing in myself and doing what is good for me and healing, so that I can once again hold space for you.

I once read a quote that said " I'm healing out loud as I nearly died in silence "
Sounds dramatic, but it's true.

I tentatively attempted to skip round the edges of the trauma , grief and low points of the last 2 years and it was a mixed reception.

I feel although we promote and talk about MH, trauma, grief ....we don't always receive posts about it well.
It's definitely a difficult decision to share it !

Perhaps we are going through similar and using social media to find positive words and news , or perhaps it feels supportive and we feel seen and heard whatever resonates for you that's ok. I have found both to be true.

I have been back providing sessions for PKC for the last few months and I've received some wonderful feedback that reminds me why I love to create space for others .

I'll share some feedback in my story .

Anyhoo, I'm gently returning and moving towards something....I'm unsure of what yet . But I hope it involves you beautiful souls 💜

Wishing you all a very happy new year ahead.
Things are going to change, that much I can predict.
Whatever 2025 brings with it .....and there WILL be good and bad.
Know that you have weathered everything that was thrown your way till this point.
You have learnt and grown and built strength even when you were exhausted.
You are loved even when it doesn't feel like it.
You are a divine being. Unique!
Shine your light.
Love your life
And stay present, there is only now.
