It’s also been fantastic to welcome some new faces through the doors—a reminder that every journey starts with a decision.

Did you know our Garden Room CafĂŠ at Rodney Fitness Centre is now OPEN to the public?

Whether you’re heading to a session, catching up after training, or simply looking for a quiet space to relax, the café is open daily from 9am–2pm and everyone is welcome—you don’t need to be a gym member to pop in.

We’re currently serving:
☕ Tea & coffee
🥤 Water & juice
🍰 A small selection of cakes & crisps

With beautiful garden views, indoor seating, and a calm atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to slow down for a moment before or after the busy day-to-day.

And truthfully?
The changes that last the longest usually take the most time.

Expecting your whole life, body, confidence, and routine to completely transform in 6 or 8 weeks just isn’t realistic.

Our habits, routines, and lifestyles have often been built over years—so changing them takes patience, consistency, and support.

That’s why the first things we focus on with our clients are always:

This isn’t about handing you a strict meal plan and expecting you to live on chicken, rice and broccoli for 8 weeks.

It’s about education, support and learning how to make better choices that actually fit into your lifestyle.

Because real life includes:
✨ Busy schedules
✨ Family meals
✨ Coffee dates
✨ Holidays
✨ Sweet treats
✨ Good days and harder days

And we want you to learn how to navigate all of that — not avoid it.

The power of this group comes from people sharing ideas, meals, struggles, wins, routines and tips with each other. Sometimes the smallest suggestion from someone else can completely change your mindset or make your week feel easier.
