I offer one-on-one and group sessions across Perthshire, and flexible online coaching for seniors who prefer to train from home. James Knight provides a professional personal training service that motivates you to achieve your goals. I am a fully mobile service, training clients in Perthshire, Dundee and Fife. With my experience I can train people in every environment gyms, at home or outdoors. On

I also conduct group sessions where you can get fit with friends and share your successes.Up to a maximum of 4 people.
