Reiki - ‘Universal Life Energy’
I have studied the Usui method of Reiki and have qualified to Master Practitioner level. It can be used to restore balance to a person’s well-being at any level – physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. The deep relaxation induced by Reiki can help in the treatment of many conditions, some of which are:
• Stress, depression, tension, anxiety
• Sinusitis and asthma
• Menopausal problems
• Cystitis
• Migraine
• Arthritis, sciatica, backpain
• Insomnia
A Reiki treatment involves the client lying down (or sitting if preferred), fully clothed. The therapist places their hands in various positions over the client’s whole body and acts as a channel through which energy flows to the areas of need and promotes the client’s own natural healing potential. Indian head massage comes from the Ayruvedic traditional healing system. The aim is to release blocked energy held within the body, to allow life force energy to flow freely again. The therapeutic benefits of Indian head massage are many, but some of those include relief from:
•Tension headaches
•Neck and shoulder tension
•Insomnia
•Anxiety
•General stress
The treatment can be carried out on a client who is seated or lying. Gentle pressure is applied to points on the head, neck and shoulders which relate to each chakra. Essential oils can be used to enhance feelings of peace and wellbeing. Vibralite
I am qualified to Level 3 of Vibralite Healing. Vibralite is a very new and powerful energy which comes from the higher galactic realms of the Universe to bring much needed healing to Earth. Vibralite uses a combination of frequencies, light codes, colours, crystalline energy and sacred geometry and works in tune with the ‘Highest Good’ of each being. Yes, Vibralite can also be beneficial to animals and plants!

I can use the Shamanic drum, singing bowl and tuning forks in my healing sessions. All of these provide therapeutic sound frequencis which can create different effects on the body including:

•Reduction of muscle tension

•Improved circulation
•Mood enhancement - reduction of symptoms of depression
•Promotion of healing and regeneration

iTeraCare Device
The iTeraCare therapeutic blower comprises terahertz frequency, quantum resonance and optical quartz light technology. It helps with natural healing by focusing on meridian/chakra and reflexology points. During a session, the client lies down on the treatment couch and the blower is directed onto specific energy points throughout the body. For maximum benefit the client should be undressed (wearing underwear), although it is possible to work through thin, loose clothing if preferred. A blanket is provided to protect modesty and maintain warmth throughout the session. This device can be used alone or incorporated into a Reiki/Vibralite healing session.
