🥳Case Success - the story of Mr A🥳

We do not often share our success stories and we should. We are going to make a conscious effort to share our clients experiences in order to help others and show that there is hope in this awful process.

The CHC Team tried to knock this client at every stage, but Mr A's wife kept going. We knew he was entitled to full funding and eventually we were proved right at IRP NHS England.

We were engaged with this client from 2024. Mr A and his wife hold a special place in our hearts. Mr A is an amazing man who has gone through hell these last couple of years following a catastrophic stroke. It was honestly a pleasure to work with Mr A and his family. The strength they showed at every stage of this prolonged and emotionally draining process was admirable.

As you may know, Simply CHC closed our NWNF applications at the beginning of 2026 due to the high demand. These applications have been booked in and we are now re-opening our NWNF consultations.

Following amazing success through 2025, we are now opening a further 5 NWNF slots.

* Please note that NWNF is only available for retrospective applications, LRM/LRP applications and IRP applications. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide NWNF services for DSTs/Checklists. Further, the unsuccessful DST or appeal must have been within the last 4 months.

🥳Price Decrease from April 2026🥳
Yes, you read that right, decrease!

Due to improved technology systems that have effectively streamlined our operations, we have seen a significant reduction in our overheads over the last 6 months which is fantastic news. Joys of technology (and a rather talented IT consultant)!

As we are a community interest company, we have decided as a team to not only increase our charity donations, but to absorb the cost of the VAT, effectively reducing the cost of the service to our clients making our services more accessible. Our fees are now less than one month of the average care home fees across the U.K!

Further, due to a high level of success with no win no fee cases last year, we have decided to take on more work on this pay structure* which again, allows for further accessibility to those who may not have otherwise had access to our services.
