Join us on Sunday the 22nd of February for a tranquil afternoon of Self Love (2:00-3:30)
In the soft stirrings of our soul, the sight of spring beckons us. Before we flow into the risings ahead, let us pause to bask in the sweetness of our own love. In this soft and nourishing sound space, you will be invited to connect deeply to self, opening to the divine flow of love that we all are, to soothe our bodies and gift our spirits with light.
Sound healing, or sound therapy, is the practice of using music to improve your health and general well-being. It uses the vibrations of sound to lull us into a meditative state. In our spaces we harness the power of a range of instruments, tapping into various vibrational frequencies to create harmonious sounds and sensations that’ll offer an invitation to embrace a deep state of calm and relaxation.
All of our events are carefully curated to be a safe space in which you can show up exactly as you are, to be seen, heard and held in your divine truth. The evening will include an infusion of herbal tea offerings, breathwork practices, cleansing rituals, oracle card practices and more. There will also be opportunities for you to share and connect with others. No previous experience in meditation or breathwork required. All are welcome.
