Deborah Dolby Wellbeing At the end of the day the most important thing we all have is time. How we spend it is going to be down to where we focus our energy. Find your inner power now.

We can not get to the end of life going around in circles of habits that we have grown out of.

Someone had a major judgment of my life today ❤️‍🩹
The funny thing is they know absolutely diddly squat about any of my life.
Be careful what you take personal.
Have a great weekend

Time waits for no one. Bring to life all of you in each precious moment. If you need to feel sad, if you need to release pain. If you are feeling amazing.
All of it is living but all of it is passing
Don’t be defined by the past it’s over.
Learn from it always.

Have you noticed that as we move through life we recognise that it is not only financial wealth that has value.
Our greatest wealth is our health. Investing in this must become before money as we run the risk of depleting our best reserve when we need it.
I think it has to be regularly monitored.
What do you think ?

Your mind is so powerful.
For every negative mind there is an antidote.
These are medicine for our habitual mental habits.
I will be sharing these antidotes with my 2 Wellbeing groups next week.
Be in a space where we all support and clap for each other.
However small the progress
Message me if this speaks to you.
Our mind left to its own devices will keep us in the familiar. This is way too small ❤️

You deserve your love ❤️
We convince ourselves we have to keep up with what everyone else is doing.
It’s a survival mechanism to protect your heart.
You don’t need that instruction anymore.
It keeps you apologising
Creative Freedom is letting it go and recognising that it is indeed a belief that is held up by ourselves
Give yourself safety and respect today.
You are not a project that needs to be measured xx
If you want to do something go do it fully.
But if you don’t just say no thank you.

Buddha teaches us that we give way too much attention to what is irritating us.
Our mind latches on.
In the Buddhist class they call this inappropriate attention.
Anyone of us can change what we focus on.
We start by realising we can choose what we focus on.
It is understanding that working with mind is very helpful to life.

I don’t think it matters what you do !
Just do it well
Don’t let others judge your path
If you enjoy it keep choosing it.
The greatest gift you take anywhere in all that you do is your passion.
I love what I do !
I determine my success based out of that not my results.
There are many people that achieve
great results but never truly feel alive.

Don’t try to understand everything or everyone. The truth is we are all on different timelines and won’t all match.
Trust exactly where you are and be willing to learn from your own experiences. This will lead you to the most authentic path.
For example if you desire to move out of you past limitations but another wishes to pull you back it will create friction.
Do not worry it is only your responsibility to be responsible for yourself whilst showing compassion with a space for the other.
Trust your own judgement

As we face grief and as we age ourselves. The filters become very thin. We look at what truly matters.
I do believe we change direction.
Grief demands truth, it removes the masks.
There is a deep fatigue but it takes us inwards to question.
Does happiness come in getting more ?
Seeking Approval looses it’s desire
Our soul demands that we don’t shrink
These changes don’t happen on the outside
New questions start to come from a deeper calling to be incredibly honest with ourselves.
The urge to not participate in relationships that are draining you, we stop apologising for who we are.
Not ignoring this calling is key to saying yes to the gift that a passing of a loved one leaves us or indeed the wisdom of age.
In a world that rewards social expectation it can be challenging so going one day at a time is key.
This is the most honest conversation you will have with your self as grief awakens your soul.
The invitation is to feel into life more. To realise that you was always enough.
