Menopause is different for everyone, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

Our supportive group brings together women who are currently experiencing menopause or have already been through it. We offer:

• Friendly group support and encouragement
• An exercise programme designed to help you feel your best
• A balanced eating plan that the whole family can enjoy
• Support to help you lose any excess weight gained during menopause

We currently have spaces available at Brookside Methodist Church, PE4 7TG:

Monday: 9:00am, 4:00pm, 5:30pm, 7:00pm
Tuesday: 7:30am, 9:00am
