Sometimes the simple things are what makes the biggest impact. STOP is a simple example.
It helps you to move through the feeling or moment you’re experiencing.
When you get to ‘proceed’ part, there are also many little things you can do to help move forward.
It could be:
🧘♂️ Finding nervous system calm with breathing.
🙇 Making decisions led by your body’s muscle messages
📝 Sorting your thoughts with journaling
Whatever you choose, it will be the right thing for you purely because it will help in some way 🫶🏼
