It’s moments like this that make me so happy…

Seeing my clients go on holiday, turning up with confidence, feeling incredible, showing themselves off and being fu***ng PROUD of themselves and what they’ve achieved ✨😌

The confidence you build isn’t always in the outcome, it’s the process of getting there

Cara has continually showed up over the past few months, she’s changed her old habits, trusted me as her coach and the process (when it went against what she thought she had to do), she’s invested time and energy into becoming the best version of herself

Fat loss diaries week 9 😎

my coach told me he’s never had someone be more social than me in a photoshoot prep 😂🙊

But, I hope I can also show you ladies that you can get lean and not hide away the whole time.

Yes it makes things a lot harder
Yes I have to calorie bank more during the week
Yes I have to really be intentional and still say no to a lot of things
Yes my results are likely going to be a bit slower

But i’ve also been ok with that 🙏🏼

Back in the UK now for the last few weeks but the routine and effort stays the same 🔥

Training hard yet your body still isn’t reflecting your hard work?

That’s exactly how our client L felt before joining Rise Coaching.

She’d been training 5x a week for 3 years, and still wasn’t seeing the results she truly deserved.

She knew she had the potential for more…

She just needed the right support, structure and expertise to get her there (that’s where we came in 😉)

L had previously worked with an online coach but didn’t find the approach sustainable for her, and due to past experiences, she was hesitant about tracking calories… She doesn’t have hours to spend in the kitchen… She didn’t want to eat separate meals from her family…So we didn’t ask her to!

Everything at is personalised. We work around each client’s individual needs, preferences and lifestyle, because that’s the only approach that actually lasts

And in just 16 weeks? L has lost an incredible 14lbs and is in the best shape of her life… at 42 years old ❤️‍🔥

Oh, and she’s a mum of 2.
She works full time.
She has family commitments, stress, and a packed schedule.
She doesn’t even go to a gym.

Fat loss diaries week 8 😎

Considering it was a very social weekend I still had a drop on the scales!

Here’s how:
👉🏼 Calorie banking (reducing calories in the week to be more flexible at the weekend)
👉🏼 Prepping and eating my own food where possible
👉🏼 Mindful food choices — did I want all the pastries, bread, cake, sushi, chips and sides? f**k yeah 🤣 but I also have a goal i want to achieve which means making short term sacrifices for it!
👉🏼 Stayed active — all training, cardio and steps hit ☑️

Is it optimal to have these kind of weekends every week? No haha

BUT your mindset, knowledge and planning is key to managing social events and losing body fat

This is something we work a lot on with our girls at so that they can get incredible results and learn how to navigate their socials at the same ❤️‍🔥
