🌈 Root & Restore Wellbeing Circle 🌈
Over the past week I’ve spent a lot of time reading emails and messages from people sharing their stories with me.
If I’m honest… it’s humbled me.
It’s reminded me of something I’ve always known but sometimes forget…
So many people are carrying so much, quietly.
Some are grieving.
Some are exhausted.
Some are living with pain.
Some feel lost.
Some simply want somewhere they can switch off for a little while and feel understood.
It’s made me realise that healing isn’t always about appointments.
Sometimes it’s about community.
Sometimes it’s about sitting in a room where nobody expects anything from you.
No judgement.
No pressure.
No pretending you’re okay.
Just real people, good conversation, a cuppa, a few laughs, maybe a few tears, learning something new, and leaving feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
So…
I’ve decided to create something new.
The Root & Restore Wellbeing Circle. 🌿
Beginning Tuesday 1st September, and then on the 1st of every month (unless it falls on a weekend, then it’ll be the following Monday).
🕖 7:00pm – 8:30pm
The first evening is simply an introduction.
I’ll share a little about Root & Restore, we’ll chat about the foundations of wellbeing, how stress and the nervous system can affect the body, and we’ll finish with a gentle relaxation while supportive frequencies play quietly in the background.
Nothing weird.
Nothing scary.
Just a warm, welcoming space.
The very first evening is completely free.
If you’d like to throw a few pounds into the tea and coffee tin, you’re more than welcome, but absolutely no pressure.
From October onwards, evenings will be £10 to help cover refreshments and resources.
And here’s the important bit…
Everyone is welcome.
You don’t need to be one of my clients.
You don’t need to understand frequencies.
You don’t need to know anyone.
You don’t even need to say much if you don’t want to.
Just come exactly as you are.
If this past week has taught me anything, it’s that we need more spaces where people simply feel seen.
If that sounds like something you’d enjoy, pop me a message so I can get an idea of numbers
