“What actually happens during a bioresonance or frequency session?”

In simple terms, these sessions are designed to explore how different systems within the body may be responding to stress, lifestyle, emotional load, environmental influences, and everyday life.

✨ WHAT IS THE META HUNTER? ✨

I’ve finally managed to record a video explaining and demonstrating the Meta Hunter… and somehow what was meant to be a 5-minute video turned into 20 minutes 😂🤦‍♀️

For those who are curious, the Meta Hunter is a tool that I use to help explore the body from a different perspective and identify areas that may benefit from support, attention or further investigation.

It is not designed to diagnose, treat or replace your GP, consultant, healthcare professional or medical advice.

Instead, I see it as a way of bringing greater awareness, clarity and understanding to what may be happening within the body, allowing us to explore patterns, stressors and possible areas of imbalance from a broader viewpoint.

Sometimes it confirms what you already know.

Sometimes it raises questions worth exploring.

And sometimes it simply provides a different perspective that helps things make a little more sense.

Some people enter your life and quietly change the direction of your soul forever.

Joanne is one of those people for me. 🤍

Back in 2020, when life felt heavy, confusing and honestly pretty bloody dark at times, she took my hand and gently helped guide me back towards myself, my path and my purpose.

Since then, it’s been a journey of magick, healing, tears, belly laughs, soul remembrance and growth.

She has held me in some of my worst moments and celebrated me in some of my best moments.

And truthfully? Sometimes family is not blood.

Sometimes it is soul.

I thought it was maybe time to properly introduce myself and share a little bit about who I am, why I created Root & Restore, and the journey that led me here. 🌿

This space was built from lived experience, healing, grief, growth, curiosity and a deep passion for helping people reconnect with themselves in a world that can feel incredibly loud at times.
