Men United are looking for a reliable, practical and friendly person to join our team as a General Assistant / Caretaker.

This role involves helping with general DIY and maintenance jobs, opening and closing the building, and being the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about our charity, believes in supporting men’s mental health, and wants to make a positive difference within the community. Someone who is approachable, dependable and willing to help wherever needed would be a great fit for our team.

It’s Thursday again!

Every Thursday night we’re seeing around 30 guys through the doors, with new faces coming all the time, so if you’ve been thinking about coming along, please don’t worry that you’ll be the only new person… you definitely won’t be 😊

One of the biggest misconceptions about our premises is that you need to be struggling with mental health to attend, and that’s simply not true. Some of the guys who come along may be dealing with mental health challenges, but others come because they work away, feel isolated, are lonely, or are simply looking to meet new guys and make friends.

Whether you fancy a chat, a game of pool or darts, or just a cuppa and some good company, there’s always a warm welcome waiting for you here 💙

We had a great day at The Banff Police Station Open Day yesterday. Thank you so much for inviting us along.

It was fantastic to speak to so many people throughout the day and answer your questions. Thank you to everyone who came along and took the time to chat with us, your support really means a lot.

And no trip up that direction is complete until you visit Happy Haddock, Kelly was delighted with her bairns meal 🤣
