🚨 STOP ASKING, “HOW ARE YOU?”

Because what’s the most common answer?

“I’m fine.”

And sometimes… they’re not.

Instead, try:

👉 “What’s your number today?”

1 = the worst
10 = the best

It’s amazing how much easier it can be to talk when someone gives you a number instead of asking you to explain how you feel.

“What made it a 4?”
“What would make it a 5?”
“Why is it a 9 today?”

Suddenly, “I’m fine” becomes a conversation.

So, tell us, what's your number?

At Men United, we’re here to remind men that they don’t have to face things alone. Whether you’re struggling, supporting someone else, or simply need someone to talk to, reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

We’re open tonight from 7pm–10pm, so come along and see us!

Whether it’s a game of pool, darts, air hockey or just a cuppa and a yap with like-minded guys ☕ there’s something for everyone.
