☀️ It's great to finally see some sun, but we mustn't forget that UV rays can be very harmful if we don't take precautions. The UV index shows that the Aberdeenshire area is set to have moderate to high levels this coming week.

When UV levels reach 3 or above(moderate or higher), sunscreen and sun hats are required and shade encouraged. When UV levels reach 5 or above, limit time outdoors and/or provide shade and remember that UV can pe*****te cloud cover.

Remember to apply sunscreen and take extra precautions when spending time outdoors this week. It is so important to protect your skin to prevent any long-term damage 😎
