Mackintosh of Glendaveny Ltd – the UK’s largest producer of cold pressed rapeseed oil – is looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join our growing team at our fully automated facility in Glendaveny, Aberdeenshire.
As a key part of our production team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the high standards and quality we are known for across the UK food industry.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Operating machinery involved in the production and bottling of rapeseed oil
• Monitoring quality and consistency throughout the production process
• Overseeing Labelling, packing, and palletising finished goods
• Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to hygiene and food safety standards
• Assisting with stock control and reporting any faults or issues to the production manager
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
