Your nervous system is not working against you, it’s working to protect you. 🤍

When we experience ongoing stress, overwhelm, trauma, pressure or exhaustion, the body can become stuck in survival patterns without us even realising it. This can show up as anxiety, chronic tension, shutdown, overthinking, fatigue, poor sleep, chronic pain and feeling constantly “on edge”.

One of the most powerful things we can learn is how to gently signal safety back to the body.

In this video, I’m sharing a simple breathing practice you can use in just 2 minutes to help regulate and settle the nervous system.

Simple. Gentle. Accessible.

And sometimes that’s where healing begins.

After much reflection, I’ve made the decision to transition Thrive Wellbeing into a more intentional and sustainable model for this next chapter.

Over the past few years, Thrive has grown into far more than a wellness space. It has become a community centred around nervous system health, healing, embodiment and conscious wellbeing, and I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has been part of that journey.

As part of this transition, I’ll be stepping away from the previous clinic premises and continuing Thrive in a more flexible and community-centred way.

What’s important to know is: ✨ Thrive is continuing ✨ Treatments, classes and workshops will still be available ✨ This next chapter is about creating a more aligned and sustainable way of working

I’ll continue offering: • Polarity Therapy • Targeted Frequency Treatments • TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises) • Neurogenic Yoga • Nervous System & Somatic Regulation Sessions • Workshops & Community Events

Sessions will take place in smaller personalised settings, alongside community-based classes and collaborative wellbeing spaces.

This evolution feels deeply aligned with the heart of Thrive: supporting people to move out of survival patterns and reconnect with clarity, resilience and embodied awareness.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Thrive so far. Your trust and support mean more than words can express.

I’m genuinely excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing this work with you all.

Our Friday morning practice has become so popular, we are adding a new class on Monday evenings at 7pm. This class blends yoga and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) principles to help the body naturally discharge stored tension and stress.

Using simple postures and breath, we gently activate the body’s innate therapeutic shaking response; a completely natural mechanism that helps regulate the nervous system and release long-held contraction. You remain in control at all times, and the practice is carefully guided to ensure you feel safe and supported.
