In the last 18 hours I’ve had 3 last minute cancellations and a group of 4 no show….these are detrimental to a small business….we rely on people showing up, unfortunately going forward I’ve got no choice but to request a 50% charge upfront, on booking I will send you a invoice, once that invoice has been paid you will be confirmed in my diary. I’m sorry to all my regular customers but I’m left with no choice. Thank you for your understanding Gemma x
