🌸 Menstruation & Menopause in the Workplace – Support That Goes Beyond Awareness
We are delighted to share our Menopause & Perimenopause Clinical Assessment, Workplace Support and Training Programmes.
At GTS - Med OH, we recognise that effective workplace support needs to be more than a one-size-fits-all menopause awareness session.
That’s why our service brings together clinically led employee support with targeted training for the different people who have a role to play within an organisation, from Workplace Champions and Managers to HR and Occupational Health professionals.
👩⚕️ Meet our Clinical Lead – Francesca Hardy
Francesca is a Lead Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) specialising in mood, menopause and workplace wellbeing, with extensive experience supporting individuals affected by neurohormonal change, mental health symptoms and the occupational impact of perimenopause and menopause.
🌿 Our workplace training programmes include:
⭐ Menstruation and Menopause Champion Training – 3 hours
Equipping Champions with the knowledge and tools to provide informed, empathic support, reduce stigma and understand when and where to appropriately signpost colleagues.
⭐ Management Training: Menstruation and Menopause in the Workplace – 90 minutes
Helping managers understand the physical, mental and emotional impact, have supportive conversations, reduce stigma and develop more inclusive workplace practices.
⭐ Occupational Health Clinician Training: Mood and Menopause in the Workplace – 2 hours
A clinically focused session exploring neurohormonal factors, mental health assessment, PMS, PMDD, PME, anxiety and depression, NICE considerations and the growing clinical need within workplace health.
⭐ Human Resources Training: Menstruation and Menopause in the Workplace – 2 hours
Supporting HR professionals with stigma reduction, gender equity, policy development, retention, productivity, legal compliance and positive workplace culture.
🩺 Direct Staff Menopause Clinical Support
We can also provide a structured, clinically led menopause and perimenopause assessment pathway designed to sit alongside existing Occupational Health and EAP provision.
This can include individual clinical assessments, neurohormonal symptom mapping and mental health screening, workplace adjustment support, GP liaison where clinically appropriate, and ongoing review and follow-up.
So whether you're looking to introduce Menopause Champions, give your managers and HR teams greater confidence, provide specialist development for your OH clinicians, or offer employees access to direct clinical support, we can help you build a joined-up programme around the needs of your organisation.
