Lost volume from weight loss? This isn’t filler 👀

I was invited by Galderma to train on Sculptra, a collagen stimulator that restores natural volume lost with age or significant weight loss, including from GLP-1 medications. It works alongside dermal filler to enhance and prolong results, targeting collagen loss, elastin loss, and skin dehydration, the real signs of ageing.

So excited to bring this into clinic soon. Watch this space, the learning never stops 🤍

You asked, so here it is 👇

As an award-winning GP and medical aesthetics doctor, I don’t buy skincare based on packaging or marketing, I read the ingredient list. Here are the 3 things I check before buying anything.

Comment “SKIN” and I’ll send you my exact routine and treatments 👇

I am still in shock writing this…

I have been named a finalist at the Safety in Beauty Diamond Awards 2026 and honestly this one means everything to me.

Safety in Beauty is one of the most prestigious organisations in our industry and being recognised by them feels incredibly surreal. As a GP and aesthetic doctor, safety and working within a regulated framework isn’t just something I talk about, it is at the absolute core of everything I do. Every treatment, every consultation, every decision.

To be nominated alongside some of the most incredible talent in this industry, people I genuinely look up to, is something I am still trying to process.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this little page and trusted me with your face 🤍

The truth about acne as an NHS GP 👀

Nobody warns you that the scarring and dark marks left behind can be harder to treat than the acne itself. NHS acne treatment is excellent, but it’s not commissioned to fix what’s left after. That’s where things like PN (polynucleotides) come in.

Comment “ACNE” and I’ll send you her exact treatment plan and at-home skincare routine 👇

✨ Skin boosters, your skin’s best kept secret

If you’re looking for that natural, healthy glow from within, skin boosters might just be your new best friend.

Packed with hyaluronic acid, something your skin naturally produces but less of as you age, they work deep within the skin to restore hydration, improve texture and soften fine lines over time 💧

They’re one of my favourite treatments to recommend before a holiday or wedding. Your skin just looks and feels like you, but better ✨

As always, a consultation is the best place to start to see if this is the right treatment for you 🩺

Is anybody else completely confused about how to dress in this typical British weather? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Apparently it’s summer, yet somehow I’m wearing a summer hat with a winter coat.

One thing that doesn’t change though? SPF.

As both a GP and aesthetic doctor, SPF 50 is the one skincare product I recommend every single day, regardless of the weather.

Why?

☀️ Helps prevent hyperpigmentation
☀️ Reduces UV-induced collagen breakdown
☀️ Helps prevent premature skin ageing
☀️ Reduces the risk of skin cancer
☀️ Protects against incidental UV exposure, even on cloudy days

Whether you choose a mineral or chemical sunscreen comes down to personal preference. The best SPF is the one you’ll actually wear consistently.

Rain or shine.
Summer hat or winter coat.
SPF 50 every day. 🙃

Do you wear SPF daily?

Things I actually do to my own face (and body) as an aesthetic doctor 👇

Because if I’m recommending it to my patients, you better believe I’m doing it myself 😄

As a mum, GP and business owner I don’t have time for a full face of makeup every day. So these are my non negotiables throughout the year, each one chosen for a reason, to keep me looking and feeling like myself with minimal effort.

What are yours? Drop them in the comments 👇 And if you want me to do a deeper dive into any of mine, let me know!

This is what happens when you treat the face in layers, not just one thing in isolation. Immediate results now and results that keep getting better over time.
High maintenance treatments. Low maintenance life.
Free consultations available. DM me or book via the link in bio.

This is what makes me happy.

This patient came to me after having lip filler done elsewhere. Her lips were too big for her face and she felt they just did not look like her anymore.

Here is the thing though. We did not touch her lips.

Instead we balanced her face around them. Chin and cheek filler to bring everything into proportion and give her features back their harmony.

This is what good aesthetics is about. Understanding facial anatomy and treating the whole face, not just one area in isolation.

Free consultations available at my clinic on Pinner High Street.

A day well spent at the Aesthetics Medicine Exhibition.

As a GP and aesthetics doctor, continuing to learn is not optional for me, it is a responsibility. Medicine is always evolving and so should we.

It was a great day connecting with others in the field, exploring new products and treatments and thinking about what I can bring back to my patients at the clinic.

Because when I grow, my patients benefit.
