🍂✨ Hello September ✨🍂
September brings a beautiful shift in energy. As summer begins to soften into autumn, it can be a time for grounding, reflection and letting go – releasing what no longer serves us and making space for new energy to flow in. 🤍
With lots of lovely new followers finding my page recently, this new season felt like the perfect time to reintroduce myself. 🙏
I’m based in Plymouth, offering treatments from calm, welcoming spaces in the city centre and Stoke, as well as home visits and distance sessions where possible.
My own healing journey has shaped so much of the work I do. I truly believe we all need moments where we can quieten the outside world, reconnect with ourselves and listen to what our mind, body and spirit might be trying to tell us.
