This beautiful lady Samara Blackburn is doing brilliantly!!!

In club, one of the things we do, is help people learn about nutrition and this is one thing that Samara has picked up and ran with! 🚀🚀🚀. She has changed her habits drastically and that is why she is doing so well!

She’s changing shape, she’s healthier, she’s lighter, she’s reduced her fat around her organs and she’s no longer taking medication for heartburn! ❤️‍🔥

Wow less than 3 months in and Simon is a whopping 1.4 stone down, 9 years younger and just under 40 cms down around his body!

Hes in a better mindset, feeling more energetic and he’s finding it easier to put his socks on!
