Just 3 weeks in and Daisy Hollett is feeling fantastic!

Shes already lost 8lb and 25cm!!! 💥

She has more energy, is enjoying exploring different foods and has found that her joints are hurting less. All in such a short period of time! Amazing!

2nd up, we have Lee!

Lee hasn’t been at the club very long but has made substantial changes to his nutrition.

He’s lost 1.5 stone 🚀, 2 units of fat around his organs 🥳 and nearly 30cms from around his body!

He’s got more energy, his hips are aching less, he’s benefitting from better quality sleep and is feeling a lot better in himself.

This morning was all about the men in club 🙌

1st up was Adam 💪

Adam had a fantastic review, despite a busy summer holiday of socialising and a holiday.

Overall he’s lost nearly 3 stone and just under 70cms 🎉

He’s healthier, having lost 5.5 units of fat from around his organs and being 4.5% more hydrated 💦
