I kept today intentionally small and intimate, I invited just four of my RESET ladies.
Every single one of them arrived carrying something and every one of them left lighter.
Through the somatic breathwork, things shifted. Space opened. What wasnât theirs to hold started to move.
One of the ladies shared that she found herself really concentrating on her breathing, almost overthinking it. And thatâs completely normal in the beginning. Breathwork is a practice. The more you do it, the more natural it becomes until youâre not thinking about it at all, youâre just in it. And thatâs when you start to feel in control of your own experience.
Another lady, whoâs been with me before, noticed a huge difference. She said this time she knew how to breathe and because of that, she could go deeper. She enjoyed it more, trusted the process more, and allowed herself to properly let go. Nose breathing, two part breath, three part breath, it all clicked. And you could feel that shift in the room.
Thatâs the power of coming back, of learning your body, of building that relationship with your breath.
I also brought in a completely new playlist today, holding the space, guiding, encouraging, and supporting them as they released what isnât theirs to carry anymore.
Small group, real work, real shifts.
And a little update from me..
Iâve decided not to launch AWAKN Somatic Breathwork until Iâm back from my holiday mid June. I need to practice what I preach too, rest, RESET, and create from a full place, not an empty one. Hopefully the sun will be out for a little launch party on the roof âď¸
My May timetable is dropping tomorrow.
