Busy half term and need a group,with flexible weigh times…..Sarah is open at The Beacon Hub in North Prospect every Thursday. 4 sessions to choose from, car parking and large group room where children at every welcome.

Half term hols are here but don’t worry if you can’t get to your usual group…you’re more than welcome to pop along to our open weigh sessions at The Beacon in North Prospect.

….And we always offer half hour support sessions for those who can stay but the scales are open through out to help with busy half terms! Everyone welcome! 🧡

What an incredible week at our Slimming World group in Plympton. It began at 9am last Thursday at the Lutheran Church, continued through the afternoon, and even rolled into Friday morning — our amazing members didn’t stop giving. Together, they packed up 620 purple bags filled with clothes they’ve lovingly slimmed out of, plus so many other thoughtful items, all donated to Cancer Research UK. We’re so grateful for every single contribution. It’s a powerful reminder of what happens when a supportive community comes together — we make a difference, we lift each other up, and we create change far beyond the scales. If you’d love to be part of something this special, our doors are open.

💜 What an incredible first week of our Slimming World Clothes Throw!
Our amazing community has been out in full force, with collection points at Southway, Plymstock, Plympton and Future Inn, and together you’ve already helped us gather well over a thousand bags for Cancer Research UK.
That’s a thousand bags of hope, support and life‑changing research… and we’re only just getting started.

Off he goes running the London Marathon today as part of Team Slimming World, raising money for Cancer Research UK.
