Jo has had a FABULOUS weekend working as part of the Island Feather Wellbeing Crew at The Armchair Adventure Festival giving festival goers a chance to further relax with Reflexology treatments, Indian Head Massages 💆🏼💆🏽‍♀️💆🏻‍♂️ and Soundbaths.

So, the hoodies for branding have arrived! 🎉🙌🏽🎊
Plan is to have the Meliorate logo on the front & the text on the back.
Definitely going with pale grey.

I just need a bit of help choosing which other colour(s) 🤔

With temperatures on the rise Lovelies here is a tip on using Aromatherapy to help you feel cooler…

⚠️PLEASE don’t apply undiluted essential oils directly onto your skin 🙏🏽

Peppermint essential oil has a high menthol content and delivers an instant cooling effect that will be felt in seconds!

If you can buy some Peppermint hydrosol or flower water you can use that as a spray OR you could make your own…

To make your own spray you will need: (this recipe makes 120ml)
* 1 glass spray bottle that can hold 150ml
* Distilled water 60ml
* Alcohol free Witch Hazel 60ml
* Peppermint essential oil 10-15 drops

Add all the above ingredients into your bottle, shake well & spray onto pulse points - wrists, ankles, back of knees, your neck & chest and your feet.
Shake bottle well before each application. DO NOT get the spray in your eyes ⛔️👀
