Today, our incredible members turned generosity into something truly powerful. Every single bag represents progress… predominately clothes that no longer fit because of amazing weight loss journeys 💫. 620 bags to support Cancer Research UK, approximately an incredible £15,500–£18,600 raised 👏

An hour of lifting, laughing and loading vans — and a reminder of what happens when a community comes together ❤️

Slimming World’s Big Clothes Throw is back in Plympton this week! 💜
Our members have been gathering up the clothes they’ve slimmed out of, ready to bring them along in their special purple bags. On Friday, we’ll be loading up the Cancer Research UK van, and off they’ll go to help raise money for this incredible charity

Honestly so, so proud of this lovely man ❤️

15kg gone, or just over 2 stone… the same as that bag he’s holding 🐶! But what I see is so much more than weight loss – it’s confidence, belief, and never giving up ✨ because this is what happens when you keep showing up, even on the hard days 💪.
