We always want to share only the positive moments with you — the happy smiles and grateful faces of the people we are able to help.

But sadly, we all understand that the war is still going on. And alongside these positive moments, every single day someone is suffering, someone is losing a loved one, and someone is losing their life. Recently, we learned of the death of another Ukrainian soldier whom we had supported for a long time. Now we can finally tell you about him.

His name was Yura. He was a soldier who fought on the Donetsk and Kharkiv fronts. Life is unfair, but war takes people — and far too often, it takes the very best. It does not choose whom to spare and whom to take. Just one week, we were sending him aid and supporting him. A few days later, he was gone. This is the last photo we received from Yura as a thank-you report. His message was: “We are holding on together with you.”

And now, all we can do is remember him, honour him, and be grateful that we had the chance to support him.

Rest in peace, Yura. 💔🕯️

Every day, we receive more than a dozen heartfelt thank-you reports from the people we help. Sometimes, we simply don’t have enough time to publish them all, but please believe us — every single piece of your support is deeply appreciated across all the different areas of Ukraine.

There is not a single place or village in Ukraine that has not been affected by the full-scale war that is still ongoing.

Thank you so much for everything you continue to do. Your support truly makes a difference to people across Ukraine. ❤️

Today we received a heartfelt video report of gratitude from combat medics in the Sumy region, including a soldier we know well, Bison.

Their position was completely destroyed, and they are now rebuilding their stabilization point and medical facility entirely from scratch. Despite everything they have been through, they continue their vital work of saving lives.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support these brave medics and helps them rebuild what was destroyed. Your support truly means so much. ❤️🙏

We are delighted to share this wonderful video from our soldiers, whom we support with food for cats and dogs. 🐾❤️

Look how happy they are knowing that their furry companions — and there are so many of them — have plenty of food to eat. These soldiers care for so many animals, and seeing their happiness when they know their little friends are fed is truly heartwarming.

Thank you to everyone who makes this support possible. Your kindness and generosity bring happiness not only to our soldiers, but also to the countless animals they care for. ❤️🐶🐱

Thank you all! Together, we make a difference. 🙏Take Away The Tears&Puma Plymouth Ukraine Medical Aid❤️💪🏼🇺🇦

🇺🇦❤️🪖Our first delivery of the day was surreal! Meeting the military in the most beautiful park ever overlooking the Dnipro river with air alarms sounding and smoke from burning buildings in the distance! 😢
Olena’s beautiful son Egor spent the day with us (unfortunately a shahid just missed his school yesterday and most parents have pulled their children from school for safety 😢)
We met Eugene, commander of the 23rd Motorised infantry battalion based between Dnipro and Donetsk.
We have supported Eugenes brigade many times already but this delivery today was special.
Many many Cat 7 tourniquets along with cellox, Israeli bandages, burn kits, trauma packs, camo netting as well as food, hygiene and sleeping bags.. all life saving and all in desperate need.
We have promised to support Eugene’s brigade as much as we can.
Today’s meeting was so very special
Bless you all for helping Ukraines defenders ❤️❤️🪖🪖🇺🇦🇺🇦

As we have said many times before, Kramatorsk is on the zero line of the front. In other words, it is already the front line itself.

This is Ukrainian land, but it is being shelled so heavily by the Russian occupiers that life there has become a living hell. The post office no longer operates there, couriers no longer deliver, and getting any kind of humanitarian aid into the city is extremely difficult.

But Father Oleh refuses to evacuate the city while his dear parishioners remain there — elderly women and men, most of whom are bedridden. He will not leave them. He will stay with them until the very end.

Just as we will not leave them. We are the PUMA family. ❤️

Father Oleg Kruchinin has received another shipment of humanitarian aid from us. This time, getting it to him was incredibly difficult. Because direct delivery was impossible, we sent the shipment to Sloviansk, paid for the transportation, and from there Father Oleh found someone travelling in the right direction who was able to take the aid all the way to Kramatorsk.

And these grateful photos that Father Oleh sent us are the best proof of just how needed, wanted and eagerly awaited this help is.

We will continue to support Kramatorsk.
We will continue to support Father Oleh.
We will continue to stand beside those who cannot leave their city or abandon their people.

Thank you to the entire PUMA family for standing together and standing by their side. Together. Until the end. 🇺🇦❤️
