Plymouth Heartbeat Heartbeat is cardiac rehab suite/gym, open to all members of the public. With a great, friendly atmosphere. Everybody welcome no matter your ability.

Adult Membership - £12 Per Year
Adult Gym Session - £1.50 Per Visit

*Under 16's Membership - £5. Per Year
*Under 16's Gym Session - £1. Per Visit

Key Fobs - £1.00

Pre pay block sessions 8 for £10.00
Pre pay block sessions 17 for £20.00

Water £1.00

We now take card payments.

Hi, just an update ,Rita did 11.30am till.4pm,on sunday 14 June,
We only had 9 customer that day and thank you to them.
We would like to keep it open with your support, so come along and keep Rita company

Reminder for those who want to try something new and a bit different.

1) Tomorrow morning Fitness with Faith at 11.30. For approx 1 hr. Just pay your normal entry fee.

2) Wednesday Warriors, tomorrow at 6.30pm An extra £1.50 on top of your entry fee.
