So, what actually happens after a JULÄINE™ treatment?

JULÄINE™ contains poly-L-lactic acid, known as PLLA, delivered through specially engineered microspheres. Once placed within the tissue, it is designed to stimulate fibroblasts, the cells involved in collagen production, encouraging gradual improvements in skin structure and quality.

That word, gradual, matters.

This is not a treatment designed to make you look suddenly different. Collagen production takes time, so changes develop progressively. For many of our patients, that is exactly the appeal: looking fresher and more supported without an obvious moment when everyone knows you have had something done.

Fortunate to be able to attend the 30th Anniversary of the Porsche Boxster at the British Motor Museum today with my beautiful car.

A little clinic update 📢

Skin Excellence Clinics will be closing from 12pm this Friday while our team takes some time out for training and development.

Continuing to learn and develop is an important part of the care we provide, helping us make sure our patients continue to receive the highest standards of advice, treatment and support.

The clinics will reopen as usual on Monday, when we'll also be catching up with any calls and emails received while we're closed.
