People keep finding me for the same reason.

They want the benefits of strength trainingā€¦ but not the aggressive, smash-yourself gym culture.

They resonate with me because approach is holistic.

We train hard.
We lift properly.
We push the body to adapt.

But we also respect it. We work with your nervous system, your lifestyle, and your capacity. Because when you train this way, beautiful things happen.

In the last 6ā€“8 months Iā€™ve worked with:

This space is about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and spending time in community with other women.

5K to Half Marathon in 4 months?!
If youā€™d told me in January Iā€™d be running this kind of distance, I wouldnā€™t have believed you. I could just about manage 5K without stopping back then.

Now Iā€™m 4 weeks out from race day, chasing a personal best, and somehow still turning upā€”even when my mind is screaming ā€œjust stopā€ at 4K.
Running has stretched me mentally more than anything else latelyā€¦ but we move.

Iā€™ve got one or two more long runs left before the big day, and then itā€™s go time!
Still not totally sure if I like running, though šŸ¤ŖšŸ˜‚
