Practicing outside invites us to reconnect with the natural world around us, see its beauty and feel very much a part of it. 🌞🌿 Breathe deeply and feel the warmth of the sun (hopefully!), the movement of the breeze, and the grounding energy beneath our feet. 🌳

Together, we’ll explore not only how we move on the mat, but how we want to move through life: with presence, awareness, balance, and intention.✨

Why do we under value rest? Because society tells us it’s not productive and you don’t have time right?

☯️ In the concept of Yin & Yang, one can’t exist without the other, it’s a balance in order to live within the ‘path of least resistance’

☯️ In our lives the YANG is the DOING, the activity, the work, the socialising the using of energy.

☯️ The YIN is the BEING, the rest, the digest, the refuelling of energy
