Life is still crazy, I’m still awaiting back surgery but another 2 and half stone lost. I find it easier to lose weight in the summer, and this year trying to grow our own food. I love lettuce and salads, still use my Herbalife and find the meal bars and snack bars very helpful.

Garlic oil and chilli mixed pasta. It’s been a while so here is an update. I am currently awaiting back surgery and my health and mobility has got worse, Iv constantly battled with my weight but now getting all the help I need including Herbalife. Iv had counselling for my eating habits and I urge anyone to go that needs help. I’m on a pre diabetic course and hope to reverse this before it goes further. I have also been put on weegovy since end of December to get my weight down before surgery as I’m unable to go gym , swim or walk that far. I am still using Herbalife products to help me on my journey. Today Iv lost over 2 stone and now just under 17 stone. I couldn’t do this without the variety of support I have, having low thyroid and going through menapause just adds to the mix. My inbox is always open if you are struggling . Be kind to yourself and take care of you ❤️
