Welcome to PMB Sports Massage Therapy.

Let me introduce myself, I’m Paddy, 31 year old from Plymouth. We’ve been running PMB for 7 years now qualifying in 2019!

My experience has taken me from private work in clinic to semi professional rugby and now to my own clinic at where we’ve called home for 3 years now. We are growing and learning everyday to make ourselves and our clients better at the highest possible standard.

Even though the title says sports we treat everyone and anything with confidence. From military and service personnel to office workers and retired people and beyond.

We use a wide range of treatments from

• assisted stretching
• shockwave therapy
• Kinesiology taping
• Athletic strapping
• dry cupping

We pride ourselves on hard work, no short cuts and being passionate about every challenge we get faced with on a daily basis. We are looking forward to continuing treating our current clientele and new clients in the future.
