As well as my evening clinics on Monday and Thursday I am now open Friday Mornings once per month and will be opening on selected Saturdays from May!

Saturday Opening Dates:

23rd May 2026 and 6th June 2026

I got some exciting post over the holidays from the elves !

Some fancy new leaflets which are now being displayed in the reception of City Clinic Plymouth alongside Bowen Therapy Reboot & Restore by Anna Hugill and some super cool stickers for any younger visitors that come to see me (or older ones who just like a sticker- I'm not gonna lie, I'm in love with them!)

There are still appointments available into the new year and I will be opening up some Friday morning availability very soon!

I would like to wish all of you a Merry Christmas!

Thank you for all of your support the past couple of months and I look forward to helping more of you walk through 2026 with sound steps!

I am now closed for Christmas but I do have spaces on Monday 29th December and then into January.

I will still respond to messages here but please do bear with me as there will be a delay as I am going to enjoy some time off with my family

I have been part of this running club (family) since May 2024, I was a definite non-runner before, but with their support I have completed 5 10K races and have my sights set of 2 Half Marathons in 2026 raising money for Petals Baby Loss Councilling Charity!

I have years of experience looking after "high risk" feet and am keen to be involved in helping many of the problems I have seen over my years working in the NHS.
