Limited availability this week.

If you’ve been putting off getting that injury assessed ,whether it’s a new injury from training or an old one that keeps flaring up now’s the time to get it properly looked at.

I’ve opened a small number of assessment slots for anyone needing clarity, a plan, and structured rehab that actually moves you forward.

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with James following his accident.

Even better helping him get back to doing what he loves ahead of time!

“I just thought, no, I’m not having it. I’ve got to keep pushing on.”

Chef James Tanner has spoken publicly for the first time about the freak accident that shattered his pelvis in three places and left him facing a recovery doctors warned could take up to two years.

After five hours of surgery and two months almost completely immobilised, James set himself one goal: get back into the kitchen.

That return was anything but easy. His first Saturday night back ended with a fully booked service and the reality of how much recovery was still ahead of him — but he kept going.

Now, approaching a year since the accident, James says he is walking much better, back at work and looking forward.

“It does make you think what you’ve got, what you can do, and what you’re grateful for.”
