Today I had the pleasure of volunteering at Plymouth Half and 10k run! I worked with some runners, runners and a few extras namely Daisy the Deer! What an amazing day, raising money and awareness for two incredible charities ~ Days like today make me feel so thankful I get to do what I love, while meeting absolutely amazing people ❤️

This week I’ve been working with some post London Marathon runners and already have some prepared Plymouth Half Marathon runners booked in for May … You’re training hard now but have you prepared for after the BIG EVENT !?!
