As we move through 2026, it’s important to take a moment to reflect on what has already been an incredibly busy and positive Q1 for the team at SBCS Healthcare Group.

From increased demand across our First Aid and Pre Hospital training programmes, to supporting clients with medical support and consultancy as well as our specialist education delivery. The first quarter has shown just how much the sector continues to evolve.

We’ve seen growing demand across:

• FREC qualifications and refresher training
• Workplace First Aid courses
• Clinical CPD and bespoke education packages
• Event medical support and operational consultancy
• Partnerships across healthcare, security and expedition sectors

Alongside this, our continued expansion into new awarding organisations, specialist training pathways and wider operational support services is helping shape the next phase of SBCS Healthcare Group.

Whilst social media may not always show the long days behind the scenes, Q1 has been full of development work, new partnerships, course delivery across multiple centres and exciting projects preparing for the months ahead.

Due to continued expansion, new contracts and increasing demand across our training centres, we are excited to announce new opportunities to join the Education Team at SBCS Healthcare Group Ltd

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, motivated and professional trainers to support the delivery of our growing portfolio of First Aid, Pre Hospital and Clinical Education programmes across Norfolk and Plymouth.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a rapidly developing healthcare and training organisation delivering regulated and CPD approved courses throughout the UK.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who hold:

▪️ EMT Qualification (or above)
▪️ Level 3 AET (or equivalent) L3 CAVA (or equivalent)
▪️ Experience within pre hospital, first aid or healthcare education
▪️ Passion for developing learners and maintaining high training standards

✔ Self-employed/ad hoc positions available
✔ Flexible delivery opportunities
✔ Supportive and expanding team environment
✔ Opportunities across multiple training centres and contracts
