This Abs sesh with a major pelvic floor focus, because let’s face it….

But in all seriousness!
If a little p*e leakage is an issue (for both men and women) there are things that you can do!
🙇🏼♀️These is no shame in urinary incontinence, in fact it’s very common.
🙋🏽♂️🙋🏻Both men and women can have it.
🤷♀️Buying pads is not the solution you have to live with… Bodyform it would be great if you had a pelvic health campaign that promotes pads are part of treatment not just the solution to the problem 😍
So what can you do?
👨⚕️ Chat with your GP and get a referral for a pelvic health physio.
☕️ Cut down on the cccccccccc (I can’t say it!!!!), the coooffff (😭😭) ☕️
🤰🏽Do pelvic floor exercises (properly) daily for 3 months (bum clenches not necessary)
🍷 Reduce alcohol intake
🍛 Avoid spicy foods, they irritate the bladder too.
Plus make changes to reduce pressure on that awesome sling of pelvic floor muscles.
🏊🏼♀️ So if you do loads of high intensity exercise consider changing things up whilst you strengthen the PF muscles.
🏄🏿♀️ If you are carrying extra weight try reducing body weight to reduce the load on these muscles.
