It's our group day and I can't wait to see our amazing members 🎉 For lots it will be a day of celebration and planning for the week ahead but we have to be realistic and there are members who may have found it harder to food optimise in the last 7 days than they'd hoped it would be... That's why we have group!!! There's never any judgement and there's always a way to learn from the last 7 days and improve on them.
Support is being there for the tougher times as well as the celebrations!
