✨ Custom-made orthotic insoles, created for you. ✨

Every pair of custom-made insoles we provide is carefully designed around the individual patient — taking into consideration their clinical findings, symptoms, foot structure, lifestyle, activity levels and footwear choices.

Using data-driven technology and detailed biomechanical assessment, we can create orthoses with accuracy and precision, tailored specifically to meet each patient’s individual needs. 🦶🏼

From full-length to ¾ length, and wide-fitting to narrow-fitting options, we can customise the design to suit both your feet and your footwear.

We’re always committed to developing our knowledge and keeping up with the latest advances in podiatric biomechanics. Next month, I’ll be attending the Gait & Motion Technology Conference in Birmingham to learn about the latest approaches, technology and developments within the field.

Great orthotic therapy starts with understanding the individual, not just the foot. 🦶🏻

P.S. I even came into work over the Bank Holiday to get these finalised… so please note the nails were strictly for an occasion only! 💅🏼😂

Heloma durum (HD) is the medical term for a corn 👣

Corns develop due to repeated friction and pressure, often caused by footwear, foot structure and the way we walk.

This patient came to us with what he described as “pain under the heel”, having struggled with it for 18 months. He had been self-treating with no success.

On assessment, we discovered 10 fibrous HD corns that were contributing to his pain. These were carefully removed, providing much-needed relief. ✨

If you have persistent foot pain or a problem that just isn’t improving, don’t suffer in silence and do not struggle trying to treat it yourself.

Always seek advice from a qualified Podiatrist to ensure your feet are in safe hands. 🤍

Painful ingrown toenail successfully removed with a Nail Surgery appointment ✅ 👣

This is a partial nail avulsion on a patient who had been suffering with recurrent ingrown toenails for over 30 years!

It’s incredible to see just how far down and across the nail can grow into the surrounding tissue. During the procedure, we remove the problematic section of nail and treat the nail matrix with a carefully controlled dose of phenol to prevent that section of nail from regrowing.

For suitable patients, this offers a long-term solution to recurrent ingrown toenails — so you don’t have to keep suffering!

Treatment suitability is assessed on an individual basis.

This patient had been battling stubborn verrucas with multiple lesions for 15 years, trying countless over-the-counter treatments without success.

After just 4 sessions of SWIFT microwave therapy, the results have been incredible! 🙌 A 3-month follow-up has shown significant improvement, and we’re thrilled with the progress so far.

If you’ve been struggling with persistent verrucas, don’t give up and don’t let it get you down!

Good luck to all the London Marathon runners today!

Every day in clinic, I talk about foot health, biomechanics, and the small details that keep people moving. But marathon training brings those conversations to life in a completely different way.

Balancing being a Podiatrist, running the business and training for a marathon puts some much demand on us as individuals. Not every run goes to plan. Not every day feels strong. You learn to adjust, to listen, and to keep showing up for yourself anyway — this mentality is something I carry directly into my clinical practice and business.

Because 26.2 miles doesn’t just challenge your body — it challenges your mindset.

It teaches patience. It builds resilience. It highlights the importance of consistency, recovery, and yes — proper foot care and biomechanics. The foundations matter more than ever when you're asking your body to go that far.

There’s something uniquely powerful about completing 26.2 miles — especially when you experience it not just as a runner, but as a Podiatrist too! 🥂👏🏻💪🏼🎖️🏃🏼‍♀️
