🏃♂️ A huge well done to everyone who took part in the Eastbourne 10K today!
Months of training, early mornings and hard work all leading to race day.
Now comes the part many runners overlook: recovery.
After a race, it’s common to experience tight calves, sore quads, stiff hips and general muscle fatigue. Giving your body time to recover properly can help you return to training feeling fresher and moving more comfortably.
Sports massage can be a useful tool to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and support recovery following periods of intense training or competition.
