Self care Sunday ;

it's been a weekend of taking it very easy and focusing especially on self care after having hurt my back on Friday.

Lots of rest , self Reiki , listening to solfeggio frequencies working with my crystals and taking anti inflammatories.

Here's my self care routine from this weekend

Aloe Vera shot from forever living to start the day thanks
to Mhairi Coleman your wellness in mind.

After breakfast of fresh fruit and yoghurt a warm salt bath infused with rose oil and adding clear and rose quartz crystals to the bath.

Gently patting skin dry then moisturising with women's balance body butter.

A mini facial. using some of my favourite Neal's yard organic products :
Frankincense cleansing melt
Moisturising rose exfoliation
Wild rose toner
Then wild rose beauty balm.
Next an SPF moisturizer ( I'm using no 7 perform and protect just now)

A few drops of rose oil mixed with argan oil rubbed through my hair when drying. 🌹 💖

Crystal Reiki grid , infused with Isis Reiki for the 6.6 portal.

In numerology 6 is the number of love, emotional healing and home. when the number is doubled as it is today it amplifies the energy bringing more balance and softness.

I hope you have made time for yourselves today to focus on self love and self care.

Reiki infused crystal grid for todays blue moon ( the second full moon in May).

Crystals are : blue lace agate, amethyst and chevron amethyst.

Flowers gathered from our garden are lavender and rosemary blooms.
Rosemary is said to be a powerful cleanser , clearing negative energy , it also sharpens focus and helps you to remember your dreams and purpose. ( Reference: meaningfulspirit . com )

Happy May day!
Blessed Beltane.

My husband and I have been out in the garden early this morning washing our faces in the morning dew. , A May day tradition passed down to me by
Grandma. She said that doing this would keep my complexion beautiful and youthful.
The dew from hawthorns is said to be especially magical.

Self care Sunday.:

Making the most of our day , watching the sunrise , listening to the birds welcome the day with their dawn chorus.
Then we've been lucky enough to spend the last day of our holiday relaxing at the beach.
