UPDATE – Phone Line Issues 📞

We’re really sorry to have to post about this again, but unfortunately our phone lines are still down due to an ongoing fault with our provider.

Please be reassured — we are absolutely not ignoring calls. The phones simply aren’t coming through to us, despite multiple reports and us chasing this urgently.

Our team is working incredibly hard in the pharmacy, and it’s understandably quite upsetting for them to hear that they’re being accused of ignoring patients when this is completely outside of their control.

We completely understand how frustrating this is — it’s just as frustrating for us — and we are doing everything we can with BT to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, please pop in and see us in person if you need anything — we’re here and always happy to help.

Thank you for your support throughout 2025. It has been another year of growth and progress, and your patience, positivity and loyalty have meant the world to us.

As we step into 2026, we want to give a huge thank-you to our wonderful Pontardawe team — for their hard work, kindness and commitment to providing excellent care day in, day out.

A big highlight this year has been our 24/7 prescription collection machine, making it easier than ever to pick up medicines at a time that suits you — day or night. Alongside our expanding services and independent prescribers, we’re proud to be improving access to healthcare for our community.
