One of the things we love most about making spell jars is that each one becomes a unique expression of the person creating it

Many of you have seen our handcrafted spell jars at markets & events, lovingly layered with herbs, crystals, colours & intention. But did you know you can also come and create your own?

This morning we’ll be gathering with a wonderful group of magical folk on what promises to be a beautiful sunny morning, exploring the history & practice of spell jar making before crafting our own personal pieces of magic

There is something special about selecting each ingredient with purpose, layering your intentions & creating a jar that is entirely your own. Whether for protection, prosperity, love, grounding, happiness, or something deeply personal, every jar tells a story

To everyone joining us today, we can’t wait to welcome you. The kettle will be on, the ingredients are ready & a little bit of magic awaits ✨

The sun will be strong with high UV levels, so please make sure you bring plenty to drink, wear suncream & dress comfortably for the heat. We’d much rather see you glowing with magic than glowing bright red by the campfire later

After all… witches take care of their skin too. Ancient wisdom & SPF go hand in hand 🧴✨

Whether you already walk closely with the old stories or are simply curious to explore them, this gathering is designed to welcome you into the wonder of the natural world. Oh & meet a highland cow or two along the way

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and immersive & places are already beginning to fill

Hagstones have long been woven into folklore & folk magic, treasured as protective charms by witches, travellers, sailors & cunning folk alike

Traditionally found beside rivers or along the shore, these naturally holed stones were believed to ward off ill fortune, protect against harmful spirits & even help the holder glimpse the hidden world of the fae

Many people still carry hagstones today for protection, hang them above doorways, place them on altars or use them during meditation & nature connection practices. Some say the perfect hagstone is never searched for… it finds you when the time is right

Next time you wander a woodland stream or pebbled beach, keep your eyes open magical ones... Nature has a way of leaving little treasures exactly where they’re needed most 🖤
