This one genuinely happened.
A lady booked a free body contouring taster, asked for the address, then replied saying she didn't like it and wanted it changed.
Not the appointment time.
Not the day.
The actual address.
I was polite, but sadly I haven't yet mastered relocating an entire clinic because someone doesn't fancy the postcode. 🙃
To this day, I still have absolutely no idea what the issue was.
Anyone else in business receive messages that make you read them twice just to check you understood correctly? 😂
