Because I promise the experience is a lot better when you DON’T arrive dehydrated, sleep deprived, and running purely on caffeine and vibes 😭

A few days before:
✨ Moisturise the area
✨ Drink water
✨ Eat properly
✨ Get some sleep
✨ Wear comfy clothes
✨ Have basic hygiene pls x
