Our Dark Night Sauna and dip sessions have been absolutely amazing through the winter and up to now at our new venue. Its rather special doing this in the Dark of Night or just as the sun has set. With laughter and to deep focus we have had some great new friends of the sauna come to visit and experience.

(Offering & Release)

Blót Night.
In old Norse tradition, a blót was an offering — a moment of exchange, not sacrifice.
Under the full moon, we offer what we’re ready to release, and we acknowledge what we carry forward.

We start the evening off with placing a personal note (Offering, release) into the box which is placed into the fire for us to bask inside the sauna.
We then follow the rhythm of the session guided by the sauna Master and the drum.

The fire takes it via our note.
The drum guides us.
The water grounds us.

A Blót is a communal Norse ritual of offering and exchange, where people gather to give something meaningful in gratitude, release, or renewal, often aligned with natural cycles like the full moon.

Sauna Master Fenwick, will guide from start to finish. A Gentle meaningful session for all.

This Tuesday eve 17th.
"Drum and Burn: An Evening of Release and Renewal."
In this special sauna session, we'll drum you gently into the water with the resonant sound of a deep, beautiful drum, setting the tone for a night of reflection.

Each participant will bring a small note—a wish, a thought to let go, or something they want to ignite—and together we'll burn these notes in a wooden box, letting the fire carry away what no longer serves us Or what we need to ignite.

It's a simple, powerful ritual of renewal and community.
